Helen Chen will take up where she left off last year with a new stir-frying cooking class. This year's menu will feature Mandarin Chicken as well as an eggplant dish that can be made with meat or meatless. You don't have to have attended last year's class to enjoy this year's. A tasting will follow. Seating is limited so reservations are required. Admission to cover food costs and help support the Winter Harbor Public Library.
